Time and Temp Changes

The fall foliage presented a spectacular color show this year and now comes the cooler temps and yes...even snow!- as we experienced right after Columbus Day weekend. Here are a few owner reminders for seasonal vacation home prep:

Daylight Savings Time- is this Halloween weekend! Don't forget to change your clocks- fall back at 2:00 a.m. Sunday, November 1.

Thermostats- As reflected in the Riverside condo CC&R docs, please make sure your thermostats are set no lower than 55 degrees to avoid freeze ups for you and/or your neighbors.

Batteries- Make sure you change the THERMOSTAT BATTERIES to avoid any problems with your heating and to avoid calling & paying for a tech to come out to re-set your furnace!! (most thermostat batteries are AA's) Daylight Savings Time weekend is also a good weekend to replace batteries is all smoke detectors (many are 9V).
